Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re much too busy working on your sites or developing your apps, you rarely have the time to monitor what is happening with the server – if it’s overloading or whether all the tasks are running okay. With our Admin Services package, we will do this instead of you. Your VPS server will be added to our custom–developed server monitoring software system and anytime there is a trace of a trouble, our skilled engineers will be alerted instantly.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your data is obligatory – you never know when something can go wrong. And having ordered our Admin Services package, you can enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you being required to install or configure anything. And all the backup copies will be stored on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard disk drives. Thus your hosted content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have complete freedom to install any script or service on your it. However, some scripts are more difficult to run and may require some extra configuration on your part. That is where our Admin Services option can come in real handy. It features thirty minutes of installation & troubleshooting procedures – this means that you can basically employ one of our qualified server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any application that you desire. Alternatively have him resolve a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an optional feature for our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
